OUR STORY

For more than 20 years, Mr. Fred’s has served authentic barbecue smoked Low and Slow over real wood. Our Veteran- and Family-Owned tradition began in Southern California and now proudly continues in the Denham Springs, Louisiana areas. We use a combination of Hickory, Red Oak and Pecan to create our signature flavor.
